All that I have belongs to God. He gave me the ability to acquire what I have.

Giving is a way to express my gratitude to Him.

We express love to God by giving.

I can give without loving, but I can’t love without giving. God is a giver.

To be like Him requires that I learn to give.

We give regularly as an act of worship.

We worship through praying, singing, learning from God’s Word,

and by giving back to God a portion of what He has blessed us with financially.

WE LEARN TO GIVE BY PRACTICE.

A baby learns to walk by crawling first, learning to stand, and then taking

their first step. It’s a process that must begin somewhere. Giving is the same way. Why not start now?

We grow in Christian maturity by giving.

Giving breaks the power of greed in my life. It is a way for me to

express my faith in God.
