This form is required to be completed by CBC Church Members who are seeking to use the facilities of Central Baptist Church for a Wedding. Please complete your details below and submit the form. You will be contacted once the data has been reviewed by staff.

Communication Form

All Communication Request Forms should be submitted NO LATER THAN 2 weeks prior to the PROMOTION start date of event. All Communication Requests MUST BE APPROVED BY STAFF.
This deadline will provide sufficient time for the Communications Team at CBC to create all the tools you need to ensure that the quality of your communication plan is excellent. Thank you for helping us to better serve you!
